As part of our crew, you'll help keep properties looking pristine by performing landscaping tasks and following safe work practices. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating maintenance equipment, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to have you!

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and handle outdoor physical labor.
Punctuality and reliability.
Knowledge of safe equipment operation and safety protocols.
A positive attitude and willingness to work with others.
Takes pride in quality work and maintaining landscapes to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Clear sites of trash, limbs, and rocks to prepare for mowing and edging.
Occasionally pull weeds, prune shrubs, and maintain flower beds.
Blow and collect leaves and grass clippings, loading them into trucks or trailers.
Operate mowers to maintain healthy turf and edge walkways and curbs.
Notify the Crew Lead of any turf, plant, tree, or shrub concerns.
Safely operate mowers, trimmers, power edgers, backpack blowers, and other equipment.
Perform equipment checks before use and ensure all tools are in working order.
Always wear appropriate safety equipment and ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and well-stocked with necessary materials like first aid kits.
