Requirements

  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically capable of performing manual labour and working up to 10-hour shifts
  • 1 year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment is considered an asset
  • Experience working on residential or high-end residential properties
  • Experience driving a truck and trailer
  • Basic equipment maintenance knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns
  • Operating commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and backpack blowers
  • Assisting with general property maintenance and clean-up
  • Identifying and reporting lawn health concerns or site deficiencies to your Crew Leader
  • Maintaining equipment and keeping tools clean and in good working order
  • Following all company safety procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service while working on client properties
  • Assisting with additional grounds maintenance duties as required
