Requirements
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and working up to 10-hour shifts
- 1 year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment is considered an asset
- Experience working on residential or high-end residential properties
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns
- Operating commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, line trimmers, and backpack blowers
- Assisting with general property maintenance and clean-up
- Identifying and reporting lawn health concerns or site deficiencies to your Crew Leader
- Maintaining equipment and keeping tools clean and in good working order
- Following all company safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service while working on client properties
- Assisting with additional grounds maintenance duties as required
