This role involves overseeing daily grounds maintenance operations, working alongside the team to maintain properties, and ensuring smooth operations year-round. The position combines hands-on outdoor work with team supervision, making it ideal for a motivated leader who enjoys managing people and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
- At least five years of grounds maintenance experience
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- A valid Virginia driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily grounds maintenance operations.
- Maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties.
- Perform landscaping tasks.
- Conduct equipment maintenance.
- Perform snow removal.
- Coordinate projects.
- Lead and supervise the Grounds Maintenance Crew.
