Requirements
- No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities
- Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers
- Proficient use of various hand tools
- Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance
- Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
- Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
- Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
