About The Position

Clean Scapes is hiring a full-time Maintenance Crew Member for commercial landscaping work. The role is based at Tesla Headquarters in Austin, Texas, and is outdoor work. No prior landscaping experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential. The position involves physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and manual work in Texas weather conditions, with safety awareness especially important when handling machinery and equipment. Successful candidates are dependable, punctual, proactive, honest, service-oriented, and able to communicate and work respectfully with people from different backgrounds. They should have a can-do attitude and an aptitude for landscape construction work. Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite is required.

Responsibilities

Carry out work under the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers.
Use a variety of hand tools proficiently.
Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.
Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, emphasizing communication, cooperation, and collaboration.
Care for equipment, materials, and uniforms.
Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
