About The Position

This role involves leading a maintenance crew or route, reporting to the Account Manager and Client Minimum Standards. Key responsibilities include managing written and verbal client requests in English, handling extra work requests, understanding plant identification and sensitivity, conducting performance evaluations for the crew, and overseeing water management through controller programming and visual site reviews. The role also requires expertise in lateral repair, head adjustment and repair, chemical use reporting, pest control work orders, disease identification, material use reporting, and maintaining vehicle and tool inventories. Additionally, the Crew Leader is responsible for reviewing and signing time cards.
