About The Position

This role involves leading a maintenance crew or route, reporting to the Account Manager and Client. Key responsibilities include managing client requests, work orders, crew performance, and ensuring proper site maintenance and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a route or crew.
• Report to the Site Account Manager.
• Handle written client requests in English.
• Communicate verbally with the client in English.
• Process extra work requests/work orders.
• Perform plant identification and assess sensitivity (75%).
• Conduct performance evaluations for the crew.
• Manage water management through soil probe and visual site review.
• Program controllers and use remote access for water management.
• Perform lateral repair (100%).
• Perform head adjustment and repair (100%).
• Complete chemical use reports.
• Complete pest control work orders.
• Identify diseases (refer to list).
• Complete material use reports.
• Maintain a safe driving record and vehicle responsibility.
• Complete vehicle inspection reports.
• Complete incident reports.
• Complete vehicle accident reports.
• Manage tool and equipment inventory and responsibility.
• Review and sign time cards.
