About The Position

Clean Scapes is the largest commercial landscaping company in Texas, known for outstanding, award-winning projects and the quality and character of its people. They are seeking a talented Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a commercial landscaping crew, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Clean Scapes’ quality standards. This role involves performing landscape maintenance, operating company vehicles and equipment, transporting crew members and materials, and working closely with Account Managers.

Requirements

Prior landscaping experience preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
Valid driver's license with a minimum of three (3) years of driving history required.
Experience driving pickup trucks, box trucks, and/or trucks with trailers is preferred but not required.
Must maintain a safe driving record.
Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers.
Safely operate Clean Scapes vehicles, including pickup trucks, box trucks, and trucks with trailers, to transport crew members, equipment, and materials to and from jobsites.
Load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials safely.
Proficient use of various hand tools and landscaping equipment.
Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance.
Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, emphasizing communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
Take care of all equipment, materials, vehicles, trailers, and uniforms.
Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors.
Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines, including safe driving and trailer operation.
Other duties as assigned.
