About The Position

The Maintenance Coordinator at The Landings of Kaukauna plays a crucial role in ensuring the property meets all regulatory standards and maintains high-quality living spaces. This position is responsible for overseeing monthly and quarterly state reports to ensure compliance with DHS 83, managing apartment turnovers to make them move-in ready, supervising the Housekeeping team, and performing basic grounds maintenance to keep the exterior areas well-maintained. The Maintenance Coordinator works closely with the Sales Team and Executive Director to guarantee that apartments and surrounding grounds are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS 83 regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Basic skills in grounds maintenance and exterior property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly state reports to ensure compliance with DHS 83 regulations.
• Manage apartment turnovers, ensuring units are thoroughly cleaned, repaired, and move-in ready.
• Supervise and coordinate the Housekeeping team’s daily activities.
• Perform basic grounds maintenance to maintain the exterior appearance and safety of the property.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Executive Director to schedule and prioritize apartment and grounds readiness.
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance and compliance activities.
• Address maintenance issues promptly to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.
