The Maintenance Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the General or Property Manager and Maintenance Lead(s) for assigned communities. This role coordinates, enhances, and maintains positive resident relations with a primary focus on maintenance support. The coordinator also oversees building operations, including ordering supplies, inspecting units, scheduling apartment turnover, and managing turnover contractors. They monitor the work order system to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures related to property management.
