They are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for their multi-family property portfolio, requiring at least 1-3 years of industry experience. This is a full-time position based at their corporate headquarters in Piscataway, NJ. The role is responsible for managing the administrative tasks for a large, complex community or group of communities, potentially supporting maintenance administrative functions based on community needs. Key responsibilities include supporting processes such as service requests, apartment turnover, preventive maintenance, on-site purchasing, project management, and general administration.
