The Maintenance Calibration Technician is responsible for managing the site calibration program in accordance with Q&FS standards. This includes conducting internal calibrations, planning and scheduling external calibrations, repairing/replacing equipment as necessary to correct deficiencies, and maintaining documentation for calibration audits. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting various competencies such as Pneumatic, Basic Hydraulic, AC/DC Electrical Systems, Automation (PLC and Instrumentation), Machining, and Mechanical Systems on all Process, Packaging, and Facilities Equipment with minimal guidance. The role involves working as part of a team to properly maintain and repair equipment in a fast-paced, high-production work environment, while prioritizing multiple mechanical/electrical and administrative tasks.
