About The Position

As a Benzel-Busch Mercedes- Benz Maintenance Associate, you will play an important role in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and customers. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of our dealership facilities while helping ensure our workplace reflects the high standards associated with the Benzel-Busch Mercedes-Benz brand.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with the maintenance team, employees, customers, and management.

Nice To Haves

Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
Clean and restock restrooms and other designated areas.
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of entrances, walkways, and other areas of the property.
Monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and notify your supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
Assist with additional facility and maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
