Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis.
• Prepare resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets, and completing general maintenance.
• Conduct daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment.
• Assist with the preventative maintenance program.
