About The Position

The anticipated pay range for candidates working in California is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour. The offered pay depends on factors that may include experience and education. Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a healthcare setting.
Good telephone skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to adequately perform the physical requirements of the position.

Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.

Responsibilities

Ensure maintenance schedules are followed for the respective shift or area.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in setting maintenance standards.
Assist in developing procedures for performing daily maintenance tasks.
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing assignments in resident living or recreational areas.
Complete necessary forms and reports and submit them to the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Submit accident and incident reports to the Maintenance Supervisor during the shift in which they occur.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
