Maintenance Assistant - Senior Living

This individual will be responsible for providing routine maintenance services to maintain resident units, appearance and sanitation of common areas, and the functionality of equipment and tool.
Requirements
- Prior experience with a variety of facility maintenance tasks highly preferred
- Able to pass applicable licensing DOJ and FBI background requirements
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday (required)
Responsibilities
- Assist the maintenance director with routine tasks and maintenance issues such as plumbing, deep cleaning, equipment repair
- Routine apartment turnover - drywall repair, painting, carpet cleaning, deep attention to detail to make the apartment ready for a new resident
- Follow PPE guidelines and chemical safety
- Respond to resident maintenance concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community and working areas
