About The Position

Alto Hickory Creek is seeking a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations at our Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Titusville, Florida. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they become issues, and understands that a well-maintained building directly impacts the quality of life for every resident inside it.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the community is safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times
• Perform and coordinate repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to keep building systems running efficiently
• Respond promptly to work orders and resident maintenance requests
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and resident apartments to the highest standard
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community policies
• Be the go-to person when something needs to get done — and get it done right
