About The Position
Aurora on France is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Ebenezer Skilled Nursing Facility (Transitional Care). This role involves monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairing building systems and equipment, and training other building staff on basic troubleshooting as needed. The position is located at our care center TCU in Edina, MN. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance duties consistent with the Preventative Maintenance Program, completing work orders, and assisting custodian/housekeeping staff as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year One to Three Years Experience with mechanical equipment
- Special Boilers License - State MN (must have upon hire or be able to obtain within 90-days of hire date.)
- Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
Nice To Haves
- Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
- 3 years Three to Five Years
Responsibilities
- Monitors preventative maintenance programs.
- Repairs building systems and equipment.
- Trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment.
- Performs general maintenance duties consistent with the Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Completes work orders.
- Assists custodian/housekeeping staff as needed.
