Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Trade or Technical School actively pursuing Certification or an Associate's Degree in a maintenance-related discipline such as Blow molding, Electromechanical, Electrical, Industrial Systems, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time 20 hours per week on-site in Nacogdoches while attending school
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems preferred
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
