We are currently seeking a Maintenance and Facility Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team.

Requirements

1-2 years minimum of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or similar environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment
Ability to read basic instructions, manuals, diagrams, or work orders
Strong attention to safety and quality
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with motors, bearings, pumps, or compressors
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, or control panels
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience
Forklift, scissor lift, or other equipment certification

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Support repairs on motors, bearings, sensors, pumps, fans, and related equipment
Respond to maintenance requests from production teams in a timely and professional manner
Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or unsafe conditions
Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and basic fabrication as needed
Follow lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and all plant safety procedures
Learn from senior maintenance team members and build technical knowledge over time
