About The Position

This position involves performing various maintenance tasks related to landscaping and property upkeep. The role requires working independently and reporting any problems to the Crew Leader. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining lawn care equipment, performing pruning and planting, conducting landscape inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mowers (21", 36", 48")
• Operate and maintain blowers
• Operate and maintain string line trimmers
• Operate and maintain hedge trimmers
• Operate and maintain riding mowers/lasers
• Perform manual weeding
• Perform hand watering
• Perform shrub and tree planting (1 to 5 gallons)
• Manually shut off mainline (RPVB)
• Perform head adjustment and repairs
• Perform flower planting
• Identify pests (up to 5)
• Apply snail bait
• Perform vine tying
• Selectively prune trees under 15 feet
• Plant of the Week
• Pick up papers, branches & debris
• Perform shrub pruning
• Conduct landscape inspections (dead plants)
• Perform visual checks of property
• Perform tree staking & guying
• Perform detail annuals
• Review and sign time card
