About The Position

This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all CRI's facilities, ensuring safe environments, and performing various repair and upkeep tasks. The role requires the ability to travel to different locations, purchase supplies, and maintain professional conduct.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 70 – 75 pounds as determined by a physician.
• Must have a valid CT driver license and a good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to various locations among CRI’s programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all CRI's facilities.
• Assist with ensuring that all environments are safe.
• Travel to various locations.
• Purchase supplies as needed.
• Perform tasks such as painting, spackling, sanding, sheet rocking, replacing locks, fixing cabinets, fixing doors, replacing screens, boards, moving furniture, replacing light bulbs, along with a variety of other tasks assigned.
• Conduct oneself professionally at all times, with employees of CRI, supervisors and consumers.
