About The Position
Suncore is hiring a Mainline Trackhoe Operator for local pipeline installation projects in the St. George, Utah area. The operator will work alongside a safety-focused, team-oriented crew. The role includes excavating pipeline ditches, installing sewer structures and sanitary and stormwater pipe systems, and using leveling instruments to verify grades and slopes. The position is full-time and includes benefits.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of trackhoe operating experience.
- Strong commitment to safety when working around crews, utilities, and equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in hot conditions.
- Ability to work well in a positive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a mainline trackhoe to excavate pipeline ditches on local projects in the St. George area.
- Install sewer structures and sanitary and stormwater pipe systems.
- Verify grades and slopes using lasers and other leveling instruments.
- Follow blueprints and coordinate pipe layout with supervisors.
- Align, position, and backfill pipes to support proper installation.
