About The Position

Pottstown Division, a division of H&K Group, Inc., is seeking an Equipment and Trackhoe Operator. The role involves safely operating a trackhoe to crush site material, maintaining equipment, assessing site needs, and working with team members to complete projects efficiently. Experience with a Q329 Caterpillar Trackhoe is not required but is a plus. The position involves outdoor work and exposure to weather, vibration, mechanical parts, airborne particles, and loud noise. Pre-employment drug testing and a physical are required.

Requirements

• Extensive trackhoe operations experience.
• Experience with equipment maintenance.
• Proficient written communication.

• Ability to fit test and use appropriate personal protective equipment as needed.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including movement and lifting as relevant to the job.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, from an accredited educational institution.
• Experience with loader operations.
• Experience with a Q329 Caterpillar Trackhoe and LT105 portable crusher.
• OSHA, MSHA, or other safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work according to OSHA, MSHA, and H&K safety policies.
• Create a safe worksite.
• Maintain equipment, including the Q329 and pickup.
• Crush site material using the Q329 trackhoe.
• Identify site needs, develop a plan, and use various equipment to complete work efficiently.
• Work with team members.
• Clean, pack up, and help transport equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
