About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership technician experience.
- Previous mainline technician experience.
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume service environment.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Mazda or import vehicle experience.
- Mazda factory certifications.

Responsibilities
- Perform automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose customer concerns and identify the root cause of vehicle issues.
- Complete multi-point inspections and identify additional repair needs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to Mazda specifications.
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, and drivability concerns.
- Use factory diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and specialized service tools.
- Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs accurately.
- Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
