- Proven skills as a Mainframe Systems Programmer with concentration in Mainframe Storage Support
- DASD Z/OS and Tape Storage
- Disaster Recovery
- SMP/E systems maintenance and patching
- Data replication
- Installation, upgrading and maintenance of mainframe storage environment
- Strong customer service skills mandatory (for internal/external customer base)
