About The Position

In this fast-paced role, you'll guide customers through their service experience, communicate repair recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and valued.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their service visit
• Schedule and prepare customer appointments
• Identify vehicle concerns through customer conversations and vehicle walk-arounds
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally
• Prepare estimates and repair orders with transparency
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to keep repairs on track
• Provide updates and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Help achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
