About The Position

Keyes European is hiring Main Line Service Technicians to inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards. The role ensures used vehicles are retail-ready through quality inspections and required mechanical and cosmetic repairs, meeting safety, quality, and production standards before vehicles reach the sales lot. The position pays $18.42–$55.00 per flat-rate hour and is eligible for short- and/or long-term incentives, including bonuses based on production productivity. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location; final compensation is established during the interview process. The schedule is a five-day work week, with Sundays and one rotating weekday off. Department hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; the department is closed Sunday. High school graduation or equivalent and age 18 or older are required. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

Requirements

At least 1 year of automotive technician experience.
Basic knowledge of vehicle repair procedures.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.

ASE certifications; not required.
