Main Line Service Technician
About The Position
The Main Line Service Technician inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and reconditions pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards. The role ensures used vehicles are retail-ready through quality inspections and necessary mechanical and cosmetic repairs, while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The position offers manufacturer training and certification opportunities, equipment and diagnostic tools, and support from experienced team members. Pay is flat rate, ranging from $18.42 to $55.00 per flat-rate hour, with eligibility for short- and/or long-term incentives, including bonuses based on production productivity. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. The schedule is a five-day work week, with Sundays and one rotating weekday off. Department hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday is off. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. The employer is a drug-free workplace and provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of automotive technician experience.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle repair procedures.
- A valid driver's license in the applicant's state of residence.
- An acceptable driving record.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
