The cashier must also handle ATMs and ticket kiosks by performing drops, replenishments, balancing, transporting cassettes, loading/unloading machines, and processing reports. Additional duties include managing pit fills/credits, sorting and bundling currency, maintaining strong mathematical and cash-handling skills, and requesting supervisory support when necessary. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and building positive relationships with guests through courteous communication and personalized service, while also maintaining a clean, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
