Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Must have a strong work history.
Applicant must have strong communication and organization skills.
Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

Nice To Haves

College Education preferred, as this position can be a stepping-stone into Operations.

Responsibilities

Process outgoing mail through a Pitney Bowes or UPS machine system.
Sort, distribute, and collect departmental mail.
Keep record of certified mail.
Communicate with associates and drivers regarding cell phone plans and resolve issues.
Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve issues.
Data entry into Excel & the AS/400.
Process mailroom related invoices to accounts payable department for processing.
Review corporate cell phone expense reports for accuracy.
Process the opening/closing of mailbox accounts and process related payroll adjustments.
Utilize company runner van to perform offsite errands.
Maintain and orders supplies
Performs related work as required.
