About The Position

As a Mailroom Clerk you will be responsible for preparing incoming documents for outbound mailing. This is accomplished through our automated inserters as well as manually handling letters that go directly out to clients. You’ll make a direct impact helping our downstream partners along with our forward-facing clients.

Requirements

  • Work location will be working onsite with our client to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, either 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Minimum of 6 months’ clerical warehouse/mailroom/office experience
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Nice To Haves

  • Mailroom experience to include sorting letters (automated mailroom inserters), folding and stuffing letters, and printing
  • Basic warehouse skills to include use of pallet jack
  • Microsoft Office knowledge to include Outlook, Word and Excel (data entry)
  • Ability to use and toggle between multiple systems/applications
  • Ability to quickly move from one task to another with a sense of urgency and not losing sight of attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills with minimal supervision
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Team Player

Responsibilities

  • Direct Printers – Pulling and separating out client documents for manual or automated insertion
  • Production Printers – Automated reports are sent to our production printers and are managed by the user to print and format for client outbound mailings
  • Quality Control – Quality review is important since our team is the last check before the letter goes to the client
  • Warehouse – Will be trained on delivery, pallet operation, and inventory management skills
