About The Position

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Mailing Services Technician. This job requires the person to sort and process incoming and outgoing company mail pieces, accurately file agency mail by numerical agency code and name, check and determine the most prudent mailing method, assemble and attach applicable forms and endorsements, and thoroughly review filed documents and/or assembled policies for accuracy. The role also involves operating mailing equipment and computer applications.

Requirements

Ability to read and accurately file by number.
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
Must be flexible and able to multi-task.
Ability to maintain a professional business image and work effectively with associates at all levels is required.
Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as independently is required.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette, filing experience and computer knowledge.
Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship is a requirement.

Nice To Haves

A high school education or equivalent job related experience is preferred.
Experience in related field is preferred.
