Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in mailroom, logistics, or operations.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
  • Process improvement and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mailroom, courier, and digital mail operations.
  • Drive service improvements and increase first-time resolution.
  • Manage vendors and ensure service level agreement (SLA) performance.
  • Control expenses and manage budget versus plan.
  • Track performance using data, reporting, and Excel analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk standards.
  • Lead process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain and update procedures and documentation.
  • Collaborate with leaders and business units.
  • Support sustainability and community initiatives.
