What You’ll Be Doing Sort, process, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages Maintain strict mail delivery schedules (time-sensitive work) Load/unload boxes, manage supply inventory, and keep storage areas organized Track shipments, verify deliveries, and resolve issues with vendors Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and recordkeeping Assist with office supply ordering and inventory tracking Support small office moves and transport materials between locations Provide excellent internal customer service across departments

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a structured daily route
  • Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, moving boxes, using carts)
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work onsite in Salem, OR
  • Ability to lift/move packages and stay active throughout the day

Responsibilities
