About The Position
NetZero Logistics LLC is looking for someone to work in a mail room. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM. This is an in-office position.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of relevant experience, required.
- Exceptional computer skills - MS Word, Excel, GMail
Responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills

- Able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
- Self-starter who can work independently on several tasks simultaneously
- Strong computer skills
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Restocking of all kitchens supplies
- Putting out fresh fruit at 8am, 9am, and 10am
- Putting out afternoon snacks at 2pm, 3pm
- Receiving all incoming mail (USPS mail, DHL, FEDEX packages) from messenger center located in the building's loading dock, mass mailings
- All incoming mail to be scanned into mail system
- Assisting with setting up for events (soda, water, tables, cooler, etc.)
- Assisting Executive Suite with in-house and/or outside tasks
- Distributing of office gifts
- Laying out lobby mats
- Assist with service providers, e.g. Iron Mountain, Shredding, Fresh Direct, etc.
