About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Mail Operations and USPS Compliance Specialist for an active RFP opportunity with the Mississippi Department of Employment Security (MDES). This role is part of an RFP for comprehensive printing and mailing services, including design, print, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, return mail, secure data handling, reporting, and related services. The specialist will support various mail workflows, review RFP requirements, coordinate with other consultants, prepare documentation, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sorting, folding, inserting, presort, CASS/NCOA address hygiene, Intelligent Mail Barcode, USPS induction, foreign mail, and same or next-day mailing workflows.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
