The role requires maintaining documents and logs, assisting other employees with various tasks, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and safety standards. A key responsibility includes managing mailroom office supplies, processing unclaimed checks, updating accounts, and handling joiners/leavers' mail slots. The Mail Clerk is also responsible for binding presentations and ensuring the mailroom remains secure at all times.
