Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
A passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift and carry mail or packages of varying weights
Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High attention to detail, and with tight deadlines
40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
6000 KPH data entry speed with 98% accuracy

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in mail handling or customer service is desired
Familiarity with basic mailroom equipment is a plus!

Responsibilities

Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail promptly and accurately
Preparing outgoing mail, ensuring it meets all packaging and labeling requirements
Performing first level research to assist in resolving issues or discrepancies
