About The Position
The Addison of West Ashley, a premier retirement community in Charleston, SC, provides quality care to residents in an assisted living and memory care community. This role utilizes cutting-edge technology to enhance resident lives and job effectiveness, including SafelyYou for fall detection, Advanced EHR Technologies for automated care assessments, Sage for improved call light response, and Microsoft Power BI for data needs.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
