About The Position

The Magazine Controller is responsible for performing all duties in a safe manner, ensuring the safety of themselves and surrounding employees. This role requires compliance with MSHA, State, BATFE, and DOT regulations, as well as customer-specific rules. The Magazine Controller will operate the ERP System for ticket making, inventory, and receiving, and will be responsible for daily inventories at the HGM location. This position involves placing accessory orders through Orica and other companies, ordering other necessary supplies and work equipment for Field Operations, and maintaining files for all records required by ATF, Nelson Brothers/Orica, etc. The Magazine Controller will work with the Safety department and ATF during audits and will coordinate and communicate any field issues with the Operations Supervisor. Promoting good company morale in interactions with employees is also a key aspect of this role. Additional duties may be assigned by the Company as needed.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
South Carolina Blasters License or willingness to obtain
Excellent math skills
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

Performs all duties in a safe manner, being responsible for the safety of yourself and the employees around you.

Responsible for daily inventories at HGM location.
Places accessory orders through Orica and other companies.
Orders other supplies and work equipment needed for Field Operations.
Collects and keeps files of all records needed for ATF, Nelson Brothers/Orica etc.
Works with Safety department and ATF during audits.
Coordinates and communicates with Operations Supervisor any issues of the day that may have arisen in the field.
Promotes good Company morale in interactions with employees.
Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the Company. (As needed)
