Requirements

University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Advanced well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents.
Expert SAP knowledge and functional knowledge. Mainly in the areas of Finance/Accounting/Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Reporting, Customer and Supplier Portals - on both hRC and hUTAS SAP ECC systems.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions: consolidate legacy DT systems and solutions to standard Collins platforms - Divestitures: create application roadmaps for cloning (it required), logical separation, and physical separation

Responsibilities

Manage cross functional teams to support Collins MADMAC (Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Move, Add, Close) activities
Lead application integration efforts for SAP and 301tons to align the business during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Oversee the overall project and scope for ERP and related business applications
Partner with the business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the agreed DT solutions within the budget
Work with the project mgmt office (PMO), integration mgmt once (IMO), and/or transformation mgmt omce (TMO) to understand and finalize the DT scope and deliverables
Execute DT projects to support the IMO,'TMO commitments related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Collaborate with DT and business stakeholders; ensure delivery of the key DT solution and project milestones
