About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice leverages design thinking, agile development, and smart technologies like IoT, automation, and AI to help clients. We offer training in new SAP technologies and have a strong community support system. Our practice is recognized with over 70 SAP awards, and we are a leading business partner for various SAP solutions. As an SAP HR Lead, you will guide clients in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, utilizing your expertise in HR and payroll processes. Your responsibilities include managing project teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery from blueprint to go-live. You will identify and pursue innovative opportunities to create client value, ensuring your team's work is innovative and leverages Accenture’s offerings and best practices. You will also synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues, demonstrating comfort with complexity and ambiguity while adapting to change.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 implementation years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Experience in managing teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including configuration, integration, replication and reporting.
  • Experience migrating SAP ECC to SuccessFactors and SAP S/4.
  • Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in SAP on premise ECC modules (PA, OM).
  • Proficiency in related SAP modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management) is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from project planning and scoping to execution, testing, and go-live support.
  • Create a logical plan, realistic estimates and reasonable schedule for project related activities.
  • Consistently demonstrates sound business understanding and judgment for the company.
  • Thoroughly synthesizes, distills and reconciles key findings from complex sets of information to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, or discuss project scope and objectives.
  • Capture key decisions, action items, and feedback from workshops, and circulate these to stakeholders post-session.
  • Track progress on all deliverables to ensure alignment with the project timeline and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Facilitate sign-offs for key deliverables, ensuring that stakeholders are fully informed and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within HR and payroll operations, driving efficiency and enhancing client value.
  • Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive payroll solutions that meet their business objectives, ensuring compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll solutions with overall business processes.
  • Contribute to the execution of test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of solutions.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings, leveraging your expertise to win new projects.
  • Proposes innovative, creative solutions that reflect underlying strategic business needs and/or industry best practices (internal and external).
