This position directly supports the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract, focusing on enterprise-class endpoint management and engineering to safeguard the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and possesses strong scripting and system administration skills with a strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship).
  • Able to pass a federal background check.
  • 5+ years administering macOS in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with JAMF Pro administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system management.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of DISA STIGs, FISMA/NIST standards, and federal compliance requirements.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience supporting macOS systems in enterprise-level IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and JAMF Pro infrastructure used for macOS management.
  • Apply DISA STIGs, patches, and security baselines to ensure compliance with DHS directives.
  • Monitor system uptime, performance, and availability; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain Bash/Python scripts for automating macOS configuration, patching, and security enforcement.
  • Manage JAMF databases, policies, profiles, and packages to support enterprise deployment.
  • Provide Tier 4 escalation support for macOS endpoint issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
  • Undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities.
