This position directly supports the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Enterprise Engineering and Operations Support Services (CEEOSS) contract, focusing on enterprise-class endpoint management and engineering to safeguard the nation’s cyber and physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and possesses strong scripting and system administration skills with a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident (authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship).
- Able to pass a federal background check.
- 5+ years administering macOS in enterprise environments.
- Experience with JAMF Pro administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system management.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of DISA STIGs, FISMA/NIST standards, and federal compliance requirements.
- BS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional, hands-on experience supporting macOS systems in enterprise-level IT environments.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and JAMF Pro infrastructure used for macOS management.
- Apply DISA STIGs, patches, and security baselines to ensure compliance with DHS directives.
- Monitor system uptime, performance, and availability; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain Bash/Python scripts for automating macOS configuration, patching, and security enforcement.
- Manage JAMF databases, policies, profiles, and packages to support enterprise deployment.
- Provide Tier 4 escalation support for macOS endpoint issues.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53.
- Undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities.
