About The Position

This role involves handling complex products, including brazed parts requiring in-process or final machining. The machinist will set up and operate CNC lathes and Turn Mills, use inspection tools to monitor dimensional accuracy, and manage tooling replacement. Responsibilities also include fitting, aligning, and adjusting machines to meet tolerances, operating manual lathes and mills, and deburring/polishing machined components.

Requirements

  • Familiar with CNC lathes with Fanuc control, Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Mazak.
  • Experience with B-axis turn mills and/or Lathes with live tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of G and M codes.
  • Knowledgeable with GD&T.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others.
  • Organized and accurate with documentation.
  • Basic reading, writing and shop math skills.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years related experience.

  • Vocational training or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $24.09-$40.96 hourly.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
