About The Position

Gleason offers excellent learning opportunities for candidates just beginning their career in Advanced Manufacturing as well as Precision Machinist jobs for those candidates with the highest level of experience. Set up and operate a variety of conventional and/or CNC machine tools to produce precision parts and/or instruments by applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures. Verify product by inspection of precision parts to meet defined print specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in Advance Manufacturing/Machining desired
Responsibilities
