Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years in industrial manufacturing environment required.
Ability to use gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
Ability to read blueprints.
Properly align, secure and remove part fixtures, attachments and materials onto machines.
Check machined parts to print with designated measuring devices such as micrometers, CMM, manual/digital calipers, plug gauges, indicators, or equivalent tools.
Must be a "U.S. Person" for certain positions requiring access to controlled goods and technologies.

Nice To Haves

Associate Degree or CNC machining (metal products) technical certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Manual Lathe, Manual Mill, NC Lathe, NC Mill, Machine Cells, Fork Truck, Stand Up Truck, hand tools, or other miscellaneous equipment required by the manufacturing process.
Execute operational details from drawings, routing sheets, set up sheets, CNC programs, and standard work instructions.
Check the condition of tooling/performance for best results.
Follow the documented safety guidelines and procedures.
Adhere to quality expectations.
Work mandatory overtime as needed.
