About The Position
Stanley Steemer is seeking motivated and ambitious team players with a passion for customer service and sales to join their team as Residential Floor Technicians. These technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery. The role offers genuine career opportunities with in-depth training and a promote-from-within approach. Technicians will also be eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay upon completion of training. These are field-based positions requiring travel in and around the surrounding area.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime
- Experience using hand tools. Power tools preferred, but will train
- Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
- Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination of experience preferred
- Valid, US driver's license. Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
- Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs.
- Must be at least 19 years of age to drive company vehicles
- Drug screening (minus THC), motor vehicle record check and criminal background check will be performed on all new hires.
