About The Position

Stanley Steemer is seeking motivated and ambitious team players with a passion for customer service and sales to join their team as Residential Floor Technicians. These technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, ensuring customer satisfaction. They will utilize specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from various surfaces including carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery. The company will provide and pay for necessary certifications. These are field-based positions requiring travel in and around the surrounding area.

Requirements

Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime
Experience using hand tools
Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
Valid, US driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs
Must be at least 19 years of age to drive company vehicles
Ability to pass a drug screening and motor vehicle record check

Nice To Haves

Power tools experience preferred
Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination of experience
Water Technicians - AST/WRT certification highly desirable
