About The Position

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is hiring skilled CNC Machinists for immediate second-shift openings in Orlando, Florida. Machinists manufacture precision components for mission-critical applications in aerospace, defense, aviation, and other regulated industries. The role may involve CNC milling, CNC turning, Prototrak milling, grinding, and multi-axis machining, including setup, programming, troubleshooting, or production machining. The position is onsite and requires safety glasses and hearing protection in designated areas.

Requirements

At least 1 to 2 years of turning center or CNC machining experience.
Experience operating and setting up machining equipment, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, turning centers, or Prototrak-controlled machines.
Working knowledge of G and M code programming.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience with multi-axis machining.
Experience with Fanuc, Milltronics, Prototrak, or similar machine controls.
Live tooling experience.
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, turning centers, grinders, and other machining equipment.
Troubleshoot machining programs and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters for each job.
Produce parts to required tolerances and specifications while maintaining quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical documentation.
Complete work orders, production records, and other manufacturing documentation.
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety protocols.
